By simulating various driving profiles with customer-specific parameters such as vehicle weight, speed, outside temperature, and terrain conditions, we identify the optimal material pairing according to specific requirements. Additionally, we offer static or dynamic testing services for chassis, engine, and gearbox bearings, as well as air springs, to assess hysteresis, damping, and progression. We are also capable of testing switched motor bearing systems or level-regulating air suspensions. With our team of highly qualified calculation specialists, backed by extensive experience in conducting several thousand FEM calculations for a diverse range of customers, we provide accurate and reliable results.
